The Solahart team acted quickly and efficiently when our Solahart HWS decided to die on us. The team offered temporary hot water in the interim between being able to install the new Solahart system which was only a few days later. They were able to attend and install it while i was at work and i came home to nice hot water, and a clean work site with no rubbish or mess left. I would recommend Solahart South west.

My interactions with Solahart South West were easy and straightforward. Great communication and prompt actions to remove the old system whilst the old roof was being replaced, installation of a temporary hot-water system, and rapid placement of the new system once the new roof was installed. A nice stress-free process. The completed job was really neat, and the installers were friendly and professional.

Easy to work with, immediate response to calls and text. Provided a very quick installation on a timely basis, given we were a distance from the company.

We had to replace a couple of our solar panels that were damaged by the recent tornado, however the specific type was not available and Solahart recommended that we replace them all which our insurer agreed to. In addition Solahart suggested that we could get a more efficient use of the system if we upgraded to a larger system if we paid the small additional charge. The suggestion came as we would get a better return from the increase in size as opposed to the small rebate we get from feeding any surplus power back into the grid. The system was installed very quickly once the equipment arrived and the staff were very helpful and supportive of our needs.

Happy with our experience with Solahart. Quick and efficient. We waited a bit longer for our PV installation but it is all good. Kale, the electrician was knowledgable and helpful.

I had a great experience with solarhart south west after my old gas hot water system failed. I got good advice with a competitive quote and the heat pump was installed promptly. I chose solarhart for the quality of the unit and the warranty backup.

Definitely worth 5 stars. I’d give the experience 6 if that was a choice. Every step was easy from the first contact.

I had Lod come out to check to give me a quote. They came exactly when they said they would and gave me a call so I could quickly nip home. He was clear and concise and answered any questions I had. Two weeks went past and I decided, due to running out of gas maybe it was time to get it done! It was done and completed by the Wednesday after asking on the Monday. Excellent, prompt service and clear information knowing that not everyone knows lots of things about heat pumps. I would be very happy to recommend Lod and Solarhart Bunbury.
