Fortunately for me, I have an electrician for a neighbour and he was able to identify my problem with a leaking hot water system and then contact Solahart. Early the next day one of your employees arrived and assessed what needed to be done. He outlined the damage and offered several options to resolve the problem. He also stated the timeline for repairs. I opted to buy a new system which was different to our current one. Within an hour, two more tradesmen arrived, along with a new Solahart and within a few hours I had a new hot water system that operated more efficiently than my old one. I really appreciated the that not only was this job done so quickly but that the tradesmen explained what was happening, why things were being done and what I needed to do to maintain the system.
