It took 3 months to sort everything out, but…… my issues were many and complicated by a Western Power extended outage. The help I received was excellent.

The team at Solahart came to our rescue to replace our hot water system. They worked really hard to get our hot water back within hours. They removed all the old parts and left our place clean and tidy. We are so grateful to their prompt and efficient service. Thanks to the team.

I had an amazing experience with Solahart Southwest after my old system had issues in the middle of a southwest winter. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire team was professional, communicative, and efficient in getting the job completed. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently, and left the site spotless. My system is up and running perfectly with Hot water and great flow in our showers, it is keeping everyone in the family happy. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch to solar!

Full replacement and installation of a new Solahart hot water system. The old system had served well for over 20 years. Dean and his team removed the old hot water system, replaced the old roof sheeting and installed the new system in less than 5 hours. Professional installation and services as always. Thank you. Colin, Dardanup

Buckman’s were very efficient and prompt. Came as soon as we had a problem and system replaced within days. Very friendly and helpful

Really prompt service on replacing our existing very old Solahart with a new one. Friendly staff and tradies made it a breeze.

Great response and communication in dealing with our leaking panel. After inspection, we then decided on a whole new solar hot water system and are very happy with the workmanship and politeness of the team that came to do the installation.

We have a Bed and Breakfast in Busselton. We were told by our staff that the Solar hot water system was pouring out water so called the team at Solahart. One call and they had it replaced the next day, which was a Saturday! They moved other non urgent jobs around so that our job became a priority. No guest complaints, new system in straight away. Thank you so much, Fantastic Service right from the start. Julie, Baudins of Busselton

Prompt and friendly service.

Wow what great service, they came out the day my old solarhart died and put a 50 lt hot water system in until the new solarhart could be installed. 3 days later the new system was installed and everything set up. l was updated to what was happening and when by Courtney who was very professional as were the installers. The next day l paid the bill and not 10 minutes later there was water gushing from where the new system was installed, l rang Courtney and within 30 seconds was back on the phone saying that the owner was coming out to look at the problem. He checked the leak and dug out the sand to reveal the problem which he showed me to be the hot water feed in to the kitchen and was nothing to do with the installation of the Solarhart system. He organised his plumber to fix it, it was done in an hour and a half. l received no extra charges at all. Thank you Southwest Solarhart for the professional way that a stressful situation was handled and fixed with your experienced team. Damian

Fast efficient service!

Solahart Bunbury were very good with the assessment and ultimately replacement of our 26 year old system, but they didn’t notify me on the morning of the workers arriving. Three qualified people with all the necessary equipment and parts for the replacement system. Job done in less than 4 hrs. Follow up with all documentation and registration done as well. I can recommend Bunbury Solahart.

I have been extremely happy with the service we received from Solarhart South West. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. After I contacted them we received a quote the next day. They were so helpful when we explained to them that the hot water system had to be installed before settlement, as one of the condition of sale, was that a new hot water system had to be installed. We are so grateful for the effort the staff of Solahart South West put in. I would definitely recommend Solahart South West. Kind Regards Heather
