We have a Bed and Breakfast in Busselton. We were told by our staff that the Solar hot water system was pouring out water so called the team at Solahart. One call and they had it replaced the next day, which was a Saturday! They moved other non urgent jobs around so that our job became a priority. No guest complaints, new system in straight away. Wow what great service, they came out the day my old solarhart died and put a 50 lt hot water system in until the new solarhart could be installed. 3 days later the new system was installed and everything set up. l was updated to what was happening and when by Courtney who was very professional as were the installers. The next day l paid the bill and not 10 minutes later there was water gushing from where the new system was installed, l rang Courtney and within 30 seconds was back on the phone saying that the owner was coming out to look at the problem. He checked the leak and dug out the sand to reveal the problem which he showed me to be the hot water feed in to the kitchen and was nothing to do with the installation of the Solarhart system. He organised his plumber to fix it, it was done in an hour and a half. l received no extra charges at all. Solahart Bunbury were very good with the assessment and ultimately replacement of our 26 year old system, but they didn’t notify me on the morning of the workers arriving. Three qualified people with all the necessary equipment and parts for the replacement system. Job done in less than 4 hrs. Follow up with all documentation and registration done as well. I can recommend Bunbury Solahart.
